Several years ago, or even a couple years ago, People would hear lawyer and think, “That must’ve been hard to achieve” and they begin to think about the many years it would take anyone who aspired to be an attorney or lawyer. Today, within the United States there is a clear conflict of opinion, Although being a lawyer means to uphold the law in every way it states, There are people picking and choosing which laws to follow, more specifically the trump administration. Given, There have been other administrations before him that have broken the laws to a degree, like the Nixon admin, although never to the degree we have seen it in this day and age, and never to a degree where people in power are obscuring information. In the present day, where lawyers eager to do their job must sit back and watch or wait until the proper moment to make change due to an overpowering system controlling so many different aspects of the government with so much influence that it could feel like walking on eggshells. A government where a small group of people have an unchecked amount of power because they bypass constitutional limitations. When we have an administration so closely knit amongst the three branches like this one, and when they choose to bypass constitutional precedent, we have a dictatorship for a government.
